Shannon Keil is an accomplished executive, community leader, and advocate for women and families. As President & CEO of The Regent—a premier event and community venue in Eastern Hillsborough County—she has transformed the organization into a mission-driven hub that serves more than 150 events annually and gives back over $250,000 each year through community outreach, nonprofit sponsorships, and philanthropic partnerships.

Born and raised in Central Florida, Shannon has built a distinguished 25+ year career spanning corporate events, creative development, nonprofit leadership, and operations for global organizations including Universal Studios Creative Development, Young Presidents Organization, Streams Ministries, and Mary Kay Corporate. Her leadership is guided by a deep commitment to service, collaboration, and empowering others.

Shannon is a graduate of Leadership Brandon, a member of Women in Tampa Leadership, and a longtime board member—formerly President—of the Angel Foundation of Florida. She is also a 2023 Women to KNOW honoree, an SBA THRIVE Emerging Leader, and a finalist for the 2025 Tampa Bay Chamber Outstanding Leader Award.
