Commissioner Rosie Paulsen is a native of Ecuador who came to the United States as a teenager. A public speaker and business trailblazer, Rosie owns Rosie Paulsen Enterprises and S&R Services, a company that brokers Medicare coverage for people all over Florida. She was named one of the Top “50 Most Influential Leaders in Florida” by the Florida State Hispanic Chamber of Commerce (FSHCC).

Rosie is the current Treasurer for the Florida Commission On the Status of Woman (FCSW); she serves on the Pasco Jobs and Economic Opportunity Council (JEOC) and City of Zephyrhills Planning Commission. Rosie lives in the Tampa Bay Area with her husband and adult children.
