Candace D. Falsetto

Candace Falsetto is a Senior Private Banker at Wells Fargo N.A. She joined Wells Fargo N.A. in January of 2020. In this capacity, she is responsible for working with high net-worth individuals, foundations and institutional clients in structuring and delivering tailored credit solutions and facilitating depository services. She has extensive financial services experience as a private banker where she advises clients in wealth management and helps families identify and achieve their financial goals.

Prior to her employment at Wells Fargo N.A., Candace was a Vice President at the Northern Trust Company in Miami, Florida. She worked for Northern Trust from April of 2006 through January of 2020 as a Senior Private Banker. Candace has worked in the banking industry since 1996. Prior to joining Northern Trust, she worked for commercial and private financial institutions in marketing private banking and commercial lending services throughout the South Florida region. In that capacity, she managed, retained and expanded a significant lending and depository portfolio.

Candace received her B.A. from Florida International University and a Master’s of Science in Finance from Florida International University. She has been active with the Junior League of Miami since 2001 – formerly a board member, and currently, a sustaining member. Candace also served as a past board member of the Cancer Support Community, from 2006 through 2013. During 2012, she served on the Signature Chefs Committee for the March of Dimes. Currently, she volunteers at St. Philip’s Episcopal School. Most recently, Candace was appointed as a member of the Florida Commission on the Status of Women.
