Kelly S. Sciba
Since 2002, Kelly Sciba has served as the Executive Director of the Florida Commission on the Status of Women. She is responsible for the administration and the daily operations of the Commission. Ms. Sciba holds a Bachelor of Science in Communication and Psychology from the University of Miami, and her Master of Arts in Mass Communication from the University of Florida. Believing in service to her community, she is active in many volunteer organizations and local schools.

Michele S. Manning
Michele Manning has more than twenty years experience in various roles with the Florida Commission on the Status of Women and more than 30 years in state government. She currently serves as Assistant Director. She has served on the Board of Directors for the National Association of Commissions for Women since 2012 and currently holds the office of Treasurer. She earned her designation as a Certified Public Manager from Florida State University in 1993.

Kimberly Mehr joined the Florida Commission on the Status of Women in 2008 and became the Staff Assistant in 2011. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from Florida State University. She has served on the Board of Directors of the Tallahassee Fast Pitch Softball Association for many years and actively volunteers for numerous organizations and local schools.
