Kelly S. Sciba
Executive Director

Since 2002, Kelly Sciba has served as the Executive Director of the Florida Commission on the Status of Women. She is responsible for the administration and the daily operations of the Commission. Ms. Sciba holds a Bachelor of Science in Communication and Psychology from the University of Miami, and her Master of Arts in Mass Communication from the University of Florida. Believing in service to her community, she is active in many volunteer organizations and local schools.

Kimberly Mehr
Operations Coodinator

Kimberly Mehr joined the Florida Commission on the Status of Women in 2008 and became Operations Coordinator in 2018. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from Florida State University. She has served on the Board of Directors of the Tallahassee Fast Pitch Softball Association for many years and actively volunteers for numerous organizations and local schools.

Rebecca Lynn
Public Information and Events Coordinator

Rebecca Lynn joined the Florida Commission on the Status of Women in 2019 in the newly created position of Public Information and Events Coordinator.  She received her BA and MA in English from Valdosta State University in Valdosta, Georgia, in 2010 and 2012, respectively. Rebecca began teaching English grammar and writing in 2010 and taught for five years at the technical college, community college, and university levels.
