Commissioner Rosie Paulsen, RSSA®, is a licensed Medicare insurance broker and the founder of S&R Services LLC in Zephyrhills, Florida. With over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry, Rosie holds a Florida 2-15 Health, Life, and Variable Annuities license (earned 2009) and the Registered Social Security Analyst (RSSA®) credential. S&R Services works with top Medicare carriers — including Humana, UnitedHealthcare, and Devoted Health — to help Florida seniors find the Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, or Part D plan that best fits their needs and budget, serving the entire state of Florida.

Rosie is a native of Ecuador who came to the United States as a teenager. She is bilingual in English and Spanish. She was named one of the Top “50 Most Influential Leaders in Florida” by the Florida State Hispanic Chamber of Commerce (FSHCC).

Rosie is the current Treasurer for the Florida Commission On the Status of Woman (FCSW); she serves on the Pasco Jobs and Economic Opportunity Council (JEOC) and City of Zephyrhills Planning Commission. Rosie lives in the Tampa Bay Area with her husband and adult children.
